Welcome to Alan Currall Racing

We manufacture Eco & environmentally friendly two seat racing cars that are eligible for a number of race series, both in the UK and around the world, as well as being ideally suited for track day use. The SR-1 BD is the First car from ACR and from the design criteria put forward to the EEMS, has already become "A Partner of The Energy Efficient Motorsport Programme".

This car has been designed with one aim at the fore front of the development: Not only to use what may appear at first Eco & Environmentally friendly end products in the manufacture of the car; but we also looked at the energy and carbon footprints created in the manufacture and transportation of these materials and products.

We also used current existing technology and off the shelf components which minimises the use of valuable energy to design and manufacture specific components.

The power plant choice for this car has always been Diesel using Field Fuels Ltd Bio-Diesel.

We appreciate that there may be other teams / drivers with different views of power plants so, as an option this car also allows for interchange ability between bike and automotive engines.

This first car demonstrates the quality of our CAD designed race engineered chassis, components and the fit and finish of the Eco composite body shell.
